Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you instantly for a hassle-free return process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your DIBS products in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
